WHO delegates to work on a resolution regarding misinformation
WHO, November 13th – The World Health Organization (WHO) delegates have come to a mutual goal of protecting the general public of misinformation and establishing trustful sources of information.
As per the delegation of China in the WHO SGMUN 2020 committee, “no one is safe until everyone is safe”.
The delegates participating in the WHO discussion, have all shown to support the fact that misinformation about vaccines and the coronavirus which has consumed the year 2020, is a mutual enemy.
China, favoring collaborative solutions for any problem, feels very happy about the consensus.
Emphasizing that the WHO specifically has been undermined by the constant changing of facts like whether or not masks are beneficial and whether or not the COVID 19 virus is airborne, the delegates agreed that trust in such organizations must be invested in first.
The delegates also agreed that with the coronavirus vaccine on the way, and with much of the US population (as well as other countries) refusal to accept the vaccine, creating sources of trustful information is key.
