Germany compromises African Nations

SECURITY COUNCIL, Nov 14th -- The Federal Republic of Germany stated that it will only agree to African Nations having more power, if the P5 (The People’s Republic of China, the United States, the Russian Federation, the French Republic and the United Kingdom) step down from their position.
