ST.GALLEN (Reuters) - The final session in the CJEU court has concluded. Reuters (International) has the exclusive opportunity to be the first to report today. The judges have voted in favor of the judgement on the NHSX case.

The CJEU found the United Kingdom in violation of a European data protection law and of non-discrimination. It found that the UK had been unjustifiably discriminating against foreign citizens. It therefore ordered the UK to increase the transparency of its contact tracing app, and strongly suggests the elimination of the app's discriminatory features
