China offers the 3S Plan in the Security Council

On this foggy and cold morning the Delegate of China has presented a plan on the topic of military intervention in Afghanistan. Will the rest of the countries agree and join this plan?

The Delegate of China presented the 3 S plan standing for “Swift, Speedy Stabilization plan”. The delegate stated clearly that China will in no way accept a US military intervention in Afghanistan, and therefore the military intervention must be UN controlled and each party will be no longer than 12 months long.
