Joost Klein was appearing as a guest speaker.

The EBU has invited Joost Klein as a guest speaker to shed more light on the topic of suspension from the ESC. Joost Klein as you may remember was tragically and controversially disqualified from the last ESC. The delegate of the Netherlands motioned to invite Joost Klein and the EBU passed this motion with much excitement. Joost Klein was joining the committee at 12:30.
