G20 Chairs

Lorena Díaz

Bon dia!! My name is Lorena Díaz and I’m a third-year International Business and Economics student at UPF, Barcelona. I started in the MUN World (as I like to call it) when I was fifteen at school. Since then, I have participated in many MUNs, not only as a delegate but also as a chair and organizer.

This year, I will be chairing the G20 special committee. I’m really looking forward to it as it differs from the standard committees in MUNs but, still, many nations are represented keeping the essence of the United Nations’ multilateralism and worldwide consensus.

I’m counting the days till I can get to know all of you and have fun at the socials! See you soon ;)

Jutta Kempeneer

Hi there! My name is Jutta Kempeneer. I will be one of the very fun chairs of the G20. As a former innovation student and a current business management student, the G20 intrigues me in many ways and requires deepening my knowledge of topics that go way beyond what is being taught in university. My MUN experience started in 2018, when I was finishing high school. For me MUN has always been about discovering different points of views and daring to think different and more innovative than others. Although, I guess the biggest driver that always brings me back to a MUN conference are the amazing and interesting people that I meet and of course the socials ;). I’m looking forward to an amazing conference and to meeting you all!

Jule Mau

Hallöle allerseits, my name is Jule and I’ll be one of your chairs for the G20 :)
I study economics here in St. Gallen and have participated in MUN conferences for 3 years now. Whether it was flying to Rome with a 30-person strong delegation or being a shy delegate of the US in my first ever committee, I have many fond memories of MUN and am excited to add many more during this year‘s edition of SGMUN.
The G20 has a very intriguing setup and I’m looking forward to see how creative delegates will be! Until then,
ciao kakao 👋
